Gico Jr. spoke about “Unconscionability and excessive burden on financing agreements in the sanitation market” at the Brazilian Association of Sanitation Services for Municipalities 44th Annual Conference. Representatives from over 3.000 municipalities participated at the event in Uberlândia, Minas Gerais. Managers from all over the country took the opportunity to debate the issue and ask questions.
