Ivo Teixeira Gico Jr. holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Brasilia, a PhD in Law from the University of São Paulo, a master with maximum honor from Columbia Law School (James Kent Scholar), he is specialist in Civil Procedure from the Brasiliense Institute of Teaching and Research (IBEP). Dr. Gico is a professor at the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB), where he teaches regulatory law, competition law and contract law. He is the author and editor of several books, including “Cartel: Teoria Unificada da Colusão”, “O Jurista que Calculava” e “Análise Econômica do Processo Civil” and lecturer in Brazil and abroad on various topics, especially Law and Economics.
